Yes. Many of our clients under $1M start with a Strategy Intensive, Event Blueprint, or training instead of full-service production. These options build your team’s capacity and give you a clear, culture-rooted roadmap that your staff or volunteers can carry forward.

Do you only work with Black-led organizations and Churches?

We work with EVERYONE. Kynfolk takes care to center Communities, Culture, and Faith Traditions. We primarily serve all Non- Profits, Organizations , Churches, and funders accountable to their communities. We also partner with aligned institutions that are committed to equity, shared power, and honoring the people they convene.

How far in advance should we reach out?

For major events—galas, conferences, and large convenings—we recommend 6–12 months notice. For Blueprints, strategy support, or trainings, 8–12 weeks is ideal. If your timeline is shorter, reach out anyway; we’ll let you know what’s possible based on our calendar and what’s realistic for your goals.

Do you travel to in-person events and trainings?

Yes. Kynfolk supports clients both virtually and on-site. Travel is scoped into your proposal based on location, dates, and staffing needs, so you have a clear picture of what it takes to bring us to your community.

Can you support our grantees or partner organizations, not just our team?

Yes. Foundations and anchor institutions often bring Kynfolk in to support grantee cohorts, church networks, and community partners through Labs, trainings, and shared tools. We help you create a consistent, culture-rooted experience across your ecosystem—not just one event at a time.

What if we’re not ready for a big event yet?

You don’t have to be. We can start small. A short consulting engagement, Lab, or workshop can help clarify what’s realistic right now, what to build toward over time, and how to use the gatherings you already have—even the small ones—more strategically and with more care.
